So pleased to see you in the Herald, Fenway. Also like your big red cup as you read the morning paper! Nice. Go, Fenway, and do what you can to help Jacoby Ellsbury to mend quickly: with both Carl and Jacoby out, we may need to employ you in the outfield. Can you swing a bat as well as you wield a pen?

Hey Fenway, it’s Yaxley checking in to say Hi. I’m a pup in training for Canine Companions for Independence too. My photo is on the Eukanuba’s Facebook page with a bag of your special dog treats. My puppy raiser works for Eukanuba so I gave ‘em a photo op. Tail wags to you.

i am going on to check out your pic now. busy two days at Fenway….love meeting all of the fans at the park. so glad we won today people love the treats! thanks for your assistance (pun)

This is great, CCI is an incredible organization. I look forward to Fenway’s updates :)

Hello Fenway! I saw your picture and article in the Herald. I wanted to stop by and leave a comment. My husband, Nick, has a service dog, and his name is also Fenway! He’s a yellow lab, and just a little over 2 years old. He was trained by NEADS in Princeton, MA. he helps my husband with injuries related to combat. He served in the Marine Corps from 2006-2010. Nick, Fenway, and I have been to many, many Red Sox games over the course of last summer, and this season too! Happy training to you, and Nick’s service dog Fenway wishes you the best of luck and hopes you will be a great companion for someone one day :)

Hello Amy thank you for writing. First of all, please thank Nick for serving our country. Nick is very fortunate to have the love and support that i am sure both you, and your yellow lab Fenway give to him. Please keep in touch and let us know your stories. Do you know about the Red Sox Foundation Run to Home Base coming up soon? I will include the link in a post soon. It starts at Fenway and loops around and finishes back at Fenway Park- the runners and walkers cross home plate at finish line. Stay tuned for information on that- maybe you all could join us this year. Hope to see you when you come to a game this season. Love, Fenway the Dog
